TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN SWEDEN

To shop at pfg STOCKHOLM online, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from your guardian/parent.

Delivery

The standard delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden and 2-5 days for international orders. Some products may have longer delivery times during peak seasons. You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of your order. If you do not receive the delivery confirmation, please contact us at info@pfgstockholm.com

Payment Terms

We offer payments made through Klarna checkout.

Credit Card – When choosing to pay with a credit card, no additional fees apply. We currently accept VISA and Master Card.

Invoice – When paying with Klarna invoice, a billing fee of 2.90 euros is added to the invoice. When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna will verify your personal information. Payment terms are 14 days after delivery. Interest for late payment is charged at 2% per month + reference rate. For complete terms, please contact Klarna at Klarna.se.

Shipping Costs

We have a shipping cost of 49 SEK in Sweden. Orders exceeding 250 SEK qualify for free shipping.

We have a shipping cost of 10 EUR within Europe. Orders exceeding 50 EUR qualify for free shipping.

Please contact us before returning an item for further instructions.

Complaints & Returns

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Any return fees for damaged items will be covered by pfgSTOCKHOLM.

Force Majeur

pfgSTOCKHOLM is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, general labor disputes, war, fire, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, or severe weather conditions. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption that prescribe exceptions from damages and other penalties.
