Returns & Exchanges

We offer you the opportunity to return your items within 14 days of purchase. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original condition, which means it has not been used. Please make sure to include the original packaging and any labeling codes. The product must be returned with undamaged packaging. pfgSTOCKHOLM covers the shipping costs for packages within Sweden.

Refund

Invoice – If you have not paid the invoice, there is no need to do so. If you have already paid the invoice, a refund will be issued within 30 days after the return is confirmed. Please contact Klarna Checkout’s customer support for any questions regarding your invoice.

Credit Card – If you have paid with a credit/debit card, we will refund the money to your card. Normally, it takes about two weeks to receive your refund. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days for a refund.
